[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=15pt]活动背景：据国家相关政策，我国于[/size][/font][size=15pt][font=Times New Roman]6[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=15pt]月1[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=15pt]日实施限塑禁令，禁止使用厚度[/size][/font][size=15pt][font=Times New Roman]0.025mm[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=15pt]以下的塑料袋，并实行有偿使用塑料袋制度，我们于该日[/size][/font][size=15pt][font=Times New Roman]11[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=15pt]：[/size][/font][size=15pt][font=Times New Roman]30[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=15pt]——[/size][/font][size=15pt][font=Times New Roman]12[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=15pt]：[/size][/font][size=15pt][font=Times New Roman]30[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=15pt]组织了一个调查小组对校内及周边各超市进行了相关的实施情况调查。虽然中午烈日炎炎，但我们每个人都认真执行了任务，对各超市及顾客关于限塑令的态度及对塑料袋使用情况都做了细致的调查及采访，现将调查结果记录如下：[/size][/font][font=仿宋][size=15pt][/size][/font]

[font=宋体][size=14pt]表格分析：从表面看来，所有超市中选择不用塑料袋的顾客都在[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]50%[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]以上，又的甚至[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]90%[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]以上。而且有偿使用塑料袋的顾客只占不到一半了，这样就大大减少了白色污染。综合所有超市情况，有[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]64.8%[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]的顾客没有再使用塑料袋了。而在以前，无论购买品的多少，都有[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]90%[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]以上的顾客会接受超市提供的免费塑料袋。而现在超市不再免费提供的塑料袋，减少了塑料袋的使用量，可见限塑令的颁布对于塑料袋的使用起了较好的限制作用，但据我们的调查其还有很大的发展空间，目前人们自备购物袋的意识不强，且限塑令也未完全普及，在个别超市、大部分小商店、流动摊点对限塑令不做实施。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=14pt]我们对店主及顾客对限速令的的了解和看法进行了调查：[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]一、
[/font][/size][/font][font=宋体][size=14pt]店主：[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]（1）[/font][/size][/font][font=宋体][size=14pt]绝大多数店主都表示支持这一指令，一方面是支持环保，另一方面是迫于强制命令；但还有极少数店主为了吸引顾客，依然提供免费塑料袋[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]（2）[/font][/size][/font][font=宋体][size=14pt]店主做法：[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]a[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]、不主动提供塑料袋，力劝顾客尽量不使用塑料袋及自备购物袋；[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]
[size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]b[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]、有偿提供塑料袋，一般收费[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]0.1[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]元——[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]1[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]元，多为[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]0.2[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]元及[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]0.3[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]元[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]
[size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]c[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]、之前囤积的现依然免费提供[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=14pt]二、顾客[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=14pt]（[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]1[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]）态度：绝大多数顾客表示支持该指令，支持减少塑料袋使用，支持环保。但仍有部分人表示花几毛钱买袋子无所谓，方便就行了；还有少部分人认为该政策给生活购物带来诸多不变，不应实行；也有部分顾客认为应完全禁止使用塑料袋。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]

应该到沃尔玛，大苏果，家乐福等大型仓储超市调查啊。。。。。这种小的调查也没代表性啊。
